I help growing companies get more out of the team they already have.
I've spent fifteen years running B2B sales and ecommerce for national brands, and I founded and ran a retail business for seven of those. What I bring is knowledge and expertise around people and process. I get a team clear on the goal, put the right people around it, and help leverage AI tooling so each team gets more done.
Often, a challenge with a scaling business can be that one part of the business has grown faster than another.
Most people in that spot hire a consultant or agency, get a deck, a strategic roadmap and a ten step deployment, and end up with less momentum than they started with.
I work the other way. Three moves, done with your team, in the order that matters.
Most companies I have worked with already have the people they need. What's usually missing is a focus on the mission and finding the best skills within the team for that mission. So that's where I start. I sit with the team, work out who should own what, and get everyone aligned.
When a team is busy but nothing is compounding, it's almost always because sales, marketing and product are each working to a different plan. So I get them onto one. One number the whole team is trying to move, a plan that ladders up to it, a name beside every line, and then a cadence that keeps it that way.
I build AI tooling into the work people actually do every day. Training the team until they're running it on their own. It ends up in the daily workflow rather than in a pilot.
I find the thing that's capping the business and tell you what to do about it. You can run with it yourself from there.
Fixed scope. The plan, the system, and the team trained to run it without me.
Ongoing operating support while it beds in. A standing seat at the table, not a report.
Best fit is a company of 5 to 50 people where one part of the business has grown faster than the rest. Some of this work qualifies for Manitoba funding, and I write those applications myself.
Ask which one fitsPositioning, pricing, and a sales motion written down so it repeats.
Creative, paid media, email, CDP and CRM, and the lifecycle program that ties them together.
Grant and non-dilutive applications I write myself, and the numbers ready for a raise.
Tooling built into daily work and owned by the team, on private models where it matters.
This is where I've spent the most time. Online, in store, and wholesale as one system.
Territory, forecasting, and a handbook so the team can run deals without the founder in the room.
Annual revenue running through organizations I've built and led.
People hired, trained and managed across the teams I've run.
Enterprise deals closed, first conversation to signature.
Founded a retail business and ran it for seven years. Bootstrapped, profitable, sold.
